Yoga

Friday is Body Balance Day. Body Balance is the combination of Tai Chi for warm up, Pilates for strength and Yoga for concentration and breathing. Some common denominators of Pilates and Yoga are shown in the infographics below. (Photo not owned)

Here is the sound track of Body Balance. (C) Les Mills

Because I have been religious about attending Yoga Classes, I got so curious on the benefits I could get from it. I searched the net and saw this. (Photo not owned)

This morning, I tried doing three poses:
1) downward dog
2) three legged downward dog
3) table top

I hope eventually I'll be able to do the full back bend (in due time).

Thanks for reading!

Stay optimistic, happy and loved!

Happy Sisters Bonding

invited my sister to accompany me at the gym. We attended Gentle Flow Class. Gentle Flow is part of the Fitness First Yoga Program intended for beginners. It is a slower paced flow of movements which concentrates on the breathing.

After yoga classes, we did some cardio exercises.

Then we went around SM The Block and found this very affordable Korean restaurant - Chef Noodles. We ordered some Bibimbap, Chef Noodles, Kimchi and Strawberry Iced Tea.

Bibimbap is 99 pesos and Chef Noodles is 150 pesos. They also have other meals for four persons priced at 350 pesos only.

If you are looking for some Korean food, try Chef Noodles. It's worth a try. 😊
