Happy Cooking: Fried Calamari

Sunday is family time. Tonight, I decided to cook some calamare. Here are the quick steps:

Ingredients
1/2 kilo squid
Pinch of Pepper and Salt
Maggi Magic Sarap
1Egg
1/4 Cup Flour

Directions
1. Clean the squids
2. Put some salt, pepper, maggi
3. Leave for 10-15 minutes
4. Beat the egg and put the squids in the egg
5. Coat the squids with flour
6. Fry in oil
