Happy Cooking: Chicken Pesto

I cooked Chicken Pesto for Sunday Family Lunch. I am fond of cooking Adobo and I got excited when I decided to make a twist to the normal Adobo and put in some fresh basil leaves and pesto sauce. 

 Sharing the recipe. :)

Ingredients:
1 Kilo Chicken
1 Pack Pesto Sauce
1/2 Pack Fresh Basil Leaves
1 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Onion
1 Tsp. Salt Peper
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

Directions
1. Saute Garlic & Onion in oil
2. Put 1 pack of pesto
3. Put the chicken and saute ocassionally
4. Put the soy sauce, salt, pepper & basil leaves
5. Cover and bring to boil
6. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Uncover and simmer until sauce is reduced and thickened, and chicken is tender.
